Commercial License Grant & Permitted Use
Subject to compliance with these Terms and receipt of your annual license payment ($19.99/year), PolySwitch grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable single-user license to download, install, and execute the PolySwitch Desktop application on any personal or corporate workstation (macOS, Windows, Linux) that you physically own or control.
You are fully permitted to use PolySwitch for commercial software engineering, proprietary business automation, research, client work, and autonomous task execution. You may not resell, rent, lease, distribute, or operate PolySwitch as a multi-tenant cloud SaaS platform.
SECTION 02POLYSWITCH DESKTOP EULA
Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) & Third-Party APIs
PolySwitch operates on a 100% Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) paradigm. The software provides an orchestrator runtime that communicates directly from your workstation to third-party Large Language Model providers (including Anthropic PBC, OpenAI LLC, xAI, or local LM Studio servers).
You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid API keys. PolySwitch does not charge, markup, or broker model tokens. You agree to adhere to the respective acceptable use policies, rate limits, and billing terms of any model provider whose API credentials you insert into the PolySwitch runtime.
SECTION 03POLYSWITCH DESKTOP EULA
Autonomous Tool Execution & Human Clearance
PolySwitch provides native computer control, headless Chromium browsing, filesystem reading/writing, and terminal process spawning. By default, the software features interactive Human-in-the-Loop decision clearance cards before critical actions are executed.
You acknowledge that autonomous models may occasionally generate unexpected outputs, faulty code, or unwanted actions. You are exclusively responsible for reviewing tool clearances, inspecting command arguments, and maintaining backups of your local file systems. Under no circumstances is PolySwitch liable for data loss, accidental file deletion, or unintended commands resulting from your instructions to AI agents.
SECTION 04POLYSWITCH DESKTOP EULA
Commercial Fees, Renewals & 14-Day Guarantee
PolySwitch Pro is priced at a flat $19.99 per 365 days. Payment is processed securely via Razorpay with applicable taxes.
14-Day Unconditional Refund Policy: We offer a 100% money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with PolySwitch for any reason within fourteen (14) days of your initial transaction, submit a refund request to [email protected] with your transaction ID, and your payment will be refunded in full without questions or retention fees.
SECTION 05POLYSWITCH DESKTOP EULA
Zero Cloud Custody & Data Sovereignty
PolySwitch does not store, inspect, relay, train on, or monetize your prompt transcripts, source code files, or API credentials on external cloud infrastructure. All execution logs reside strictly in your operating system's local application cache. Because we have no access to your data, we cannot recover local chat history if your hardware drive is wiped or uninstalled.
SECTION 06POLYSWITCH DESKTOP EULA
Intellectual Property of Agent Outputs
PolySwitch makes no claim of ownership over any code, content, documents, design assets, or data generated by your AI squad while using the desktop runtime. As between you and PolySwitch, all work products produced through the application belong entirely to you, subject to the terms of the underlying model providers (e.g. Anthropic, OpenAI).
SECTION 07POLYSWITCH DESKTOP EULA
Software Updates & Technical Support
Your active 1-year Pro license includes access to all minor and major updates released during your 365-day subscription term. PolySwitch will provide reasonable technical support for bug fixes and compatibility via [email protected]. We reserve the right to modify or deprecate integrations if third-party providers alter their underlying APIs.
